One of the early leaders of GE's Six Sigma program and a Certified Master Black Belt. Led plants and global operations and developed operating and safety disciplines used across the business.
Built and led renewable-energy businesses, including Global Blade Technology and Ecolibrium Solar. Applied large-company operating discipline to entrepreneurial businesses.
Leadership roles with Klöckner Pentaplast and Deceuninck, focused on global operations, performance and business improvement.
Advising lower- and middle-market companies on strategy, execution, safety leadership and M&A operational due diligence.

I've seen strategies fail because nobody owned the execution. I've seen good businesses get stuck because the organization could not make the next decision. And I've seen what happens when leaders get the important things right.
